1.1The Green Light Challenge (the Competition) is operated by BID365 Pty Ltd (ABN 26 686 425 516) (we, us, BID365) via playgreenlight.com.au (the Platform).

1.2By creating an account or purchasing an attempt, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1.3The Competition is a competition of pure skill. No element of chance determines any outcome, ranking, or prize. Scores are determined solely by the accuracy and speed of your answers.

2.1The Competition is open to Australian residents aged 16 to 20 years inclusive at the time of entry.

2.2The Competition is not available to residents of South Australia.

2.3Directors, employees and contractors of BID365, and their immediate families, are not eligible for prizes.

2.4We may require proof of age, identity, residency, and (where relevant) driver licence status before awarding any prize.

3.1You must provide accurate information at signup and keep your account secure. One account per person.

3.2If you are under 18, you must provide a valid parent or guardian email address at signup. By completing signup, you confirm your parent/guardian consents to your participation and to being contacted by us for consent verification, prize administration, and safety-related communications.

4.1Fees: entry is $4.99 per single attempt, with multi-attempt packs of 3 for $9.99 and 5 for $14.99, all in AUD and inclusive of GST. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

4.2Attempts are personal to your account and non-transferable.

5.1Each attempt presents 15 questions under a per-question time limit. Scores are calculated server-side from answer accuracy and response speed according to the published scoring model. Use of lifelines reduces the score as indicated in-game.

5.2Leaderboards rank registered scores nationally and by state/territory. Weekly leaderboards reset at the published time; season standings are based on your best eligible score.

5.3Our servers' records are authoritative as to answers, timing, and scores, subject to clause 8.

5.4Grand Final. The Season One Grand Final will be held in person in Sydney, New South Wales on Sunday 18 October 2026, at a venue notified to qualifiers at least 14 days beforehand. The ten (10) players ranked highest in the national season standings at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 11 October 2026 qualify. Qualifiers must confirm attendance within 72 hours of notification; an unconfirmed or declined place passes to the next ranked eligible player. Qualifiers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The Grand Final is played live under supervised conditions using the same scoring model as sub-clause 5.1; placings are determined by Grand Final score only, with ties decided by faster total response time. There is no online or remote alternative to attending.

5.5Grand Final travel. For each qualifier and one accompanying adult, BID365 Pty Ltd will arrange and pay for return economy airfares from the Australian capital city nearest the qualifier's verified residential address (or reasonable ground transport where the qualifier lives within 200 km of Sydney), one night's accommodation, and transfers between the airport, accommodation and venue. All other costs are the qualifier's responsibility. Travel is arranged by BID365 Pty Ltd and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

6.1You must complete attempts personally, without assistance from any other person, device, script, or reference material.

6.2We use technical integrity measures (including fullscreen enforcement, focus/visibility logging, and server-side timing analysis). Anomalies are flagged for human review; no entry is disqualified automatically.

6.3Cheating, account sharing, multiple accounts, or any attempt to manipulate scoring may result in disqualification of the attempt or account and forfeiture of prizes, following human review.

7.1Prizes for Season One are as set out in the Prize Schedule at sub-clause 7.8. All prize values are minimum recommended retail values in Australian dollars, GST inclusive, at the date of award.

7.2Prizes are awarded solely on the basis of skill, as determined by score under clause 5. No element of chance determines any prize.

7.3A prize is a specified item or an item of equivalent or greater value. BID365 Pty Ltd may substitute any prize (other than the Grand Final major prize) with an item of the same category and equivalent or greater value where the specified item is unavailable, superseded or discontinued. "Current-generation" means the most recent model on general retail sale in Australia at the date of award.

7.4Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

7.5A winner of any prize valued at $500 or more may, within 14 days of notification, elect to receive instead a driving-lesson package of equivalent value with a licensed driving instructor of the winner's choice in the winner's state or territory, paid directly to the instructor by BID365 Pty Ltd. The election is final.

7.6Where a winner is under 18, the prize will be delivered to, or the election under sub-clause 7.5 made by, the winner's parent or guardian named at signup.

7.7Before any prize is released, a winner must, within 14 days of request, verify identity, age, state or territory of residence, and eligibility under clause 2. A prize is forfeited if verification is not completed, if the winner is found ineligible, or if the winner's account is disqualified under clause 6. A forfeited prize passes to the next eligible ranked player.

7.8Prize Schedule — Season One

7.9"Monthly" and "weekly" periods are calendar months and Monday–Sunday weeks, Australian Eastern Standard/Daylight Time. A player may win more than one prize across different levels but not more than one prize at the same level in the same period.

7.10Prizes are dispatched within 28 days of verification to an Australian address in an eligible state or territory. The Grand Final major prize is a new hatchback motor vehicle with a recommended retail price of at least $25,000, drive-away, selected by the winner from the range available at a dealership nominated by BID365 Pty Ltd in the winner's state or territory, and delivered within 60 days of verification under sub-clause 7.7. Where the winner is under 18 or does not hold a licence permitting ownership, the vehicle is registered in the name of the winner's parent or guardian.

7.11Prize values are stated for information only. Any tax consequence of receiving a prize is the winner's responsibility.

8.1Disqualification decisions are made only after human review of the relevant evidence.

8.2If you are disqualified, you may request reconsideration within 14 days of notification by emailing hello@playgreenlight.com.au with any supporting information. A different reviewer will consider your request and our decision following reconsideration is final.

9.1Fees are non-refundable except where an attempt could not be completed due to a verified technical fault on our Platform, in which case we will, at your election, restore the attempt or refund the fee for that attempt.

9.2Faults caused by your device, browser, or internet connection are not Platform faults. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10.1All Platform content, including questions, diagrams, and branding, is owned by or licensed to BID365. You may not copy, publish, or redistribute question content.

10.2Competition questions are educational materials about road rules. They are not legal advice and are not a substitute for official state or territory road-user handbooks or testing.

11.1To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the Competition is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant attempt(s). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

12.1We may update these Terms, question banks, prize schedules, and season structures. Material changes will be notified on the Platform and apply prospectively.

12.2We may suspend the Platform for maintenance or integrity investigations. Season dates may be adjusted if reasonably required, with notice on the Platform.

13.1These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
